For some of us, staying healthy can be a little bit hard(especially for us foodies). During the summer time I used to make at least two smoothies a day. One in the morning an one during the day. With the right ingredients it would usually keep me full for quite some time. Not everyone has the time to make a smoothie in the morning with such a busy schedule. It may be easier to make your smoothie the night before, and it will be ready for you in the morning to grab and go. I know some people prefer to use frozen fruits because it’s already cold and it’s slightly easier, but I prefer fresh fruits. I’ve added a few quick smoothie recipes for you guys to try out. I hope you enjoy them!
What You’ll Need:
Peach Mango Banana – 1 cup of fresh peach, mango and 1/2 banana. Add 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of ice.
Pineapple Mango- 1 cup of fresh pineapple and mango. Add 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of ice
Greens- 1 cup of apple, cucumber, kale, spinach and banana. Add 1 cup of yogurt and ice.
These recipes are not perfect, sometimes I add honey to make it a little sweeter or other times I don’t use yogurt. Add different fruits and ingredients that you like and play around with it until you find a smoothie that works for you!
