It's the weekend and for some of us we have some down time to get a little creative in the kitchen. Smoothie Lovin’

For some of us, staying healthy can be a little bit hard(especially for us foodies). During the summer time I used to make at least two smoothies a day. One in the morning an one during the day. With the right ingredients it would usually keep me full for quite some time. Not everyone has the time to make a smoothie in the morning with such a busy schedule. It may be easier to make your smoothie the night before, and it will be ready for you in the morning to grab and go. I know some people prefer to use frozen fruits because it's already cold and it's slightly easier, but I prefer fresh fruits. I've added a few quick smoothie recipes for you guys to try out.
